We woke up in the emergency room and thankfully we are OK! The 2017 Nissan rogue had great safety reviews and it is bigger than the versa I used to have. I first walked in there with my husband and a salesman asked if we needed help. Unfortunately he wasn't very much help and if anything he made me feel discouraged about being able to afford the car I wanted. At that point he gave us his card and left. We were staring at the 2017 Rogue I wanted. Of course it was the top one. But I thought if I'm going to buy the car I want I'm going to get the best one. As we were standing there bummed out heading back to our car another salesman named Eric "happy" Nevarez ran into us while we were heading out. He asked if we needed anything. We told him that we had one more question but the other salesman gave us his card and left. He said he could help us. He had a much better attitude and he made us feel like it was possible. Eric had us go inside to check my credit which is just under 800. So I had no problem. Eric brought us to Ruben Garcia who is also very kind and helped me with all the little gadgets on my new car. I love my car so much! If it wasn't for running into Eric just before we were about to leave, I definitely wouldn't of gotten a car that day with how the first salesman made me feel. If you are looking to buy a new car go to Eric. He's the best salesman! More

First car buying experience was easy and stress-free! I just moved to Torrance about a week ago for a new job. I just graduated college and needed to get my first car. I didn't know anything about the car buying process, and was nervous! I spoke with 2 different people at Carson Nissan, Martell and Irvin. Both were very helpful and well-informed. I initially spoke with Martell about getting a Nissan Versa, and he took me on a test drive and discussed different options with me. Martell was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get-go! After speaking with Martell, I soon realized that perhaps the Versa was not for me and was curious to see other options. I then spoke with Irvin and he brought up the idea of getting an electric car, something I hadn't even considered. He explained everything so clearly and personably and took me on a test drive. I immediately fell in love with the Nissan Leaf. Irvin helped me every step of the way and I ended up getting an incredible car for a much lower price than I expected. I never thought I would be able to afford a car like this straight out of college. The entire car buying experience was so easy and seamless. Irvin was so friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable with my purchase! Thank you Irvin for showing me my very first car, I have completely fallen in love with it! More

First Service Call I left work at 1:30 pm on Saturday, January 14, 2017 after working 7.5 hours. I was tired but wanted to get my car service. I decided to go home and g I left work at 1:30 pm on Saturday, January 14, 2017 after working 7.5 hours. I was tired but wanted to get my car service. I decided to go home and give Carson Nissan a call to see of it was too late for a service visit. After calling the phone was answered promptly and I was advised that the service department would be open until 5 pm and to come on in. Once I arrived I was written up without a wait and was out in about 1 hour, which included oil change, replacement of my windshield wipers and car wash. Each level of service was handled by all in a professional manner. More
