I honestly dreaded buying cars from previous bad experiences. Surprisingly, Eugene made my wife and I feel at ease. He has a very calm and cheerful demeanor which we like. He was very honest about the vehicle. He didn't really pressure us into anything. We test drove the SUV and my wife liked it so we decided to buy it. Of course, it also helps that we came prepared for our loan arrangement with our credit union. Only took about 1 & 1/2 hr, test driving and paperwork. Fastest transaction I've experienced. My wife drove the SUV that night and I sent the cheque the following morning. Hope all salesmen are like Eugene. More

no respect for customer privacy I bought a truck from these guys and ever since , I have received solicitation mail from the actual dealer not corporate office NON STOP.
