EXCELLENT Service Department! I didn't buy my car here and I live in downtown LA but I drive down to Carson Nissan to take care of my car. The staff is always accommodating. No matter what crisis I walk in with, they always make it feel manageable and fixable. Every time I start to explain what I need, they pull up my information and they seem to know what my car has received and can anticipate what it will need. I always walk out of there with my day being made better than it was when I walked in. I come back here over and over because they really take care of me. Christina is always great and I've worked with her the most. The other staff has been excellent as well, I just don't remember their names. I recommend this place! More
