I got a super great deal via internet price with Richard Vasile. He was really patience with me and helped me with most of my concerns. I called the dealership "cold" and asked for the Director of the Internet Department. I was ready to return my leased 2007 Atima and lease a new 2010 Altima. This was the beginning of an excellent leasing experience with Linda,Miguel and Kris and a fabulous introduction to Carson Nissan. Linda and Miguel exhibited a "top Shelf" professional approach to creating and closing a deal. I've been leasing vehicles for over forty years and my experience with Carson Nissan was as good as it gets. We were looking to buy a car for our daughter and had been looking, including another Nissan dealer, Michael (our salesperson) was very knowlegable and friendly as he explained the car to us. We had initially gone to Carson Nissan to see if they had the configuration of the Rogue we were looking for. Earlier in the day we had gone to Power Nissan in Hawthorne and fully intended on going back after looking for the car. After meeting Michael and Miguel and discussing what our options were we were impressed enough to pursue a deal. We have bought many automobiles and would rate our experience at the top. We also explained to our daughter that after observing the process that she should use this as an example of how a dealership should conduct itself while she is purchasing a car. In summary, after dealing with the entire organization we have no other option but to give them the highest rating. More
