I went in to this dealership on 7/22/11 and was cordially attended by Gilmar Galvez. The first thing that I noticed when I walked into the dealership was the friendly, warm greeting that Gilmar projected tow attended by Gilmar Galvez. He kept a smile and asked what type of car was I going to drive away with today, which showed his good sense of humor. He led me to the type of car that I was interested in (the Altima) and showed me and explained to me each series/version of the model. He was able to answer all of my questions and helped me find the model that was right for me without pressuring me or pushing me into committing to the vehicle. It was definitely a worry-free, and relaxing experience. I asked him many questions and I told him that I did not want to waste his time because I still wasn't sure on committing to buy. He put me at ease by telling me that this was absolutely no problem and that I was definitely not wasting his time because he was just trying to do his job in the best possible way. He just wanted to make sure that all of my questions were answered to help me make my decision a bit easier if I opted to buy on that day or on another day. This was a total contrast to another dealer rep that I had talked to earlier that day from another dealership who when I told him the same thing about not wanting to waste his time he simply said, "well...then don't!" Gilmar gave me great information, was very patient, professional, courteous, and attended me so well that I decided to give him my business and drove away with a new 2012 Altima! Thank You Gilmar! Gilmar was the salesperson that helped me find a car on 7/21/11. I went to the dealer expecting to get a used car because my credit was not perfect and I had a trade-in that I was upside down on. Gilmar to 7/21/11. I went to the dealer expecting to get a used car because my credit was not perfect and I had a trade-in that I was upside down on. Gilmar took his time with me even though I didn't know what type of car I was looking for. He took me on a couple of test drives and explained the car features in detail. I picked a used car that I was interested in. Because of my situation I was offered to see if I qualified for a 2011 Nissan Altima. I didn't think I would qualify but I did. Gilmar made sure I was comfortable and offered me something to drink while waiting to get approved. He assured me that everything would be ok and I would most likely qualify for the newer car. He was right I did qualify and drove off the lot with a brand new 2011 Nissan Altima. He even helped me take all my stuff out of my trunk in the old car and put it in the new one. I want to thank Gilmar for all of his hard work and effort. He deserves a GOLD STAR FOR BEST SALESMAN. More
