This is by far the worst dealership I have ever gone to. I would not recommend people to shop for cars there. For some reason they did my husband contract with the wrong name, ended being denied for the loa I would not recommend people to shop for cars there. For some reason they did my husband contract with the wrong name, ended being denied for the loan after already giving a down payment and was given the car. We had the car for about a little over a month. Then we were called to go and fix the problem, in which he was told that they would have another contract for him to sign. So we went in thinking we were just going to sign papers make a payment and leave but instead was left empty handed. They took the car away left us there with all our personal belongings, had to have a family member pick us up leaving my family(kids) with no transportation to get home. I will never ever return to this dealership it’s unfortunate that they ruin it for all other Nissan dealers. I will let all my family and friends know to never set foot in this place. More

The tech that helped me-Amanda, falsified documents by saying that work was performed and it was NOT! The service Manager Denise Lewis ADMITTED that the tech "shouldn't have written " this on my documents. The fact remains that she did. Denise all but called me a liar when I brought up another issue with regard to things that Amanda wrote on my paperwork saying that I "declined" something that needed to to changed. Amanda NEVER mentioned ANYTHING to my husband or myself the entire time we were there. I have gotten a hold of Nissan North America AND the Bureau of Automotive Repair trying to get some resolution. The "B. A. R." told me that Denise admitted to them the falsification of the documentation, but they can't force Nissan to do anything. It's very sad that are willing to lose a long time customer over something like this. The worse part about this is that I spoke to the Bureau of Automotive Repair & requested that Carson Nissan pay for my tire rotation at another dealership since I DON'T TRUST this dealership to do the job & Denise "declined" this. They already failed me, WHY would I go there to give them the opportunity to NOT do the job again. SHAME on you Carson Nissan! More

Let me start by saying i HATE car shopping. I just hate the whole process and dealing with salespeople in general. But I can’t find the words to explain what a great time i had at Carson Nissan. From the moment Ruben Garcia (Internet Manager) called me (i submitted for information on a car) i felt so comfortable like i was talking to a family member or long time friend. He really made me feel at ease and answered every single one of my question. I wasn’t even planning to purchase right away since i had gotten several other calls from other dealerships trying to earn my business. They all pretty much said the same thing “don’t worry about the price just come down” i’m like how am i not worried about the price? That’s why submitted for more information....common sense. Anywho back to Ruben. After he answered all my questions he told me was gonna text me his info and told me to just text him or call him when i was ready (since I repeatedly told him i was not buying right away). I hang up and soon after i get a txt with the address of the dealership and some quick information about the car and he also sent me pictures of the car i was interested in. I text him back saying thank you. A day later i got a call from Downey Nissan and the salesperson sounded like a robot with the normal annoying sales pitch. At that point i said i need Ruben! There was nobody else that even compared to the way he treated me over the phone. I made an appointment with him shortly after (even though i had told myself i would wait but i wanted to give Ruben the sale). Long story short the experience at the dealership was just how i imagined it after the great phone communication. Ruben was great and we talked about so much stuff (i think 80% of our talk was about our lives/random stuff and the rest about the car) and it was just wonderful and made the time pass by so quick while i was waiting for finance. I feel like i not only became a customer for life at Carson Nissan but also gained a friend. I will definitely be recommending all my friends & family to Carson Nissan and make sure they ask for Ruben. Thanks for the top notch service. More
