Bad to worse My 2 year old car which i bought from you is in service right now to fix the transmission. Reps won't let me talk to the finance department about refi My 2 year old car which i bought from you is in service right now to fix the transmission. Reps won't let me talk to the finance department about refinancing my high interest rate.I was told its not going to make a difference. They then try to convince me to trade in my two year old car, which is in service to fix the obnoxious transmission, with zero down payment. After test driving and running the numbers they ask for 2,500 down. So in my case they sold me a lemon 2 years ago, won't let me sit down with a person in finance and relentlessly try to sell me another car. Luckily I bought an extra warranty so they'll fix the transmission (hopefully). I'll just need to pay my "$100 deductible" for the defective transmission they sold me. As for the first five free service appointments they promised, well, they never preformed the tire rotations. Upon completion of the fifth and final service I realized, due to the uneven tread on my front tires that they had never been rotated. After getting attitude from the service rep he finally took the car back in and had them rotated. He tried to avoid that by telling me "you need new tires anyway". More

Outstanding service I took my Nissan Altima in for its 20k mile oil and filter change. As always, I was promptly met under the receiving service canopy by a young man wh I took my Nissan Altima in for its 20k mile oil and filter change. As always, I was promptly met under the receiving service canopy by a young man who took down some of the needed data. He then turned me over to Daniel Godinez, the Service-man who completed the necessary information. He provided me with an estimate to which I agreed and directed me to the customer waiting area since I would wait for the vehicle. The above all seems routine with except this is my 4th visit to Carson Nissan, and I can truly say that their protocols include not only excellent service to one's vehicle but include outstanding customer service. I was and remain impressed with Daniel. He is thorough, friendly, polite, and carries a big smile. I am grateful I purchased my Nissan Altima with at Carson Nissan as they are Number 1 in my book. Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to all. More
