After coming to Carson Nissan, I now understand why these guys are number one. Our sales consultant, Salvador (Sal) Zarate was extremely courteous and polite. Where do I begin, well, when we first arrived on the lot of the dealership my aunt and I were immediately greeted by Mr. Baxter. He was very attentive in assisting me because for one, I was late for an app of the dealership my aunt and I were immediately greeted by Mr. Baxter. He was very attentive in assisting me because for one, I was late for an appointment I had with Lai-Ce Shum whose name I know now but at the time could not recall. Anyway, because I was late, I had the opportunity to be assisted by Mr. Baxter. Mr. Baxter was very patient and accomodating. We arrived at the dealership around 1:30 and did not make a selection until almost 4:00pm. During that time Mr. Baxter accompanied us on the lot the entire time answering all of my "what if" and "shoulda woulda" questions. At no time did he make me feel rushed. He was very catering to ensure we were comfortable during our time there. He offered us drinks and snacks on more than one occasion and each time prefeced it with the statement "I know you folks have not had anything to eat or drink while you have been here, are you sure I can not get you anything"? Once the bank and I agreed upon a number and I had to wait to complete my transaction through finance, Mr Baxter continually kept us informed as to where I was in the "finance line", which was greatly appreciated. Normally, I do not give feedback on my sales experience becuase I find most sales people are doing what they are paid to do. However, because of my experience with Mr. Baxter I decided to recipricate for what he had given to me...a gesture of appreciation. I know I focused on what service he provided, but I was impressed with how he provided it. Mr.Baxter had a great personality! He was very personalbe and displayed great enthusiasm. He was very energetic (considering I was on the lot for about 2.5 hours unable to make my mind up on a color)and kept a smile on his face during my shopping experience.
