Carl Taylor has been my service representative for my last three visits. He provides a friendliness and knowledge that encourages to continue to be the hallmark of service given at this location. Mr. Taylor notified while I was waiting and made sure I was assured a ride home. He contacted me by phone and once again provided a pickup for me to retrieve my car. Talk about service!
