I brought my 2009 GTR in for oil/filter change and check engine light service. Roy Schilder (the GTR service advisor) was friendly and knowledgeable. In fact we got to talking and found out that his broth engine light service. Roy Schilder (the GTR service advisor) was friendly and knowledgeable. In fact we got to talking and found out that his brother Frankie Schilder works @ Fontana Nissan where I had bought the car and I believe that Frankie had performed the 1000 mile service (small world). Roy and his team did an excellent job resolving the check engine light issue, replaced the battery, performed warranty work (steering lock), changed the oil/filter with the oil and filter that I had brought in and also provided a free rental. Roy bent over backwards to do everything right and to bring the cost down to a minimum. I truly am impressed with Roy and the team at Carson Nissan and will recommend them highly to everyone. More

I recommend this dealer and in particular Irvin Vasquez, my salesman. The transaction was friendly throughout with no pressure. We drove away in a new car that was much better than what we thought we Carson Nissan I had to say something. I am an extremely satisfied customer. Earlier that week we went to another dealership and all we heard was "sorry we cant make that happen". At Carson Nissan all we heard was "Yes!".
