I came in to the service department with no appointment. The service advisor had me in and out in minutes and when I said I need a ride home the porter was sitting waiting for me to give me a ride. It wasn't the work got done and I received a phone call sooner than expected that the car was done and if I need a ride back to the dealership. They came to pick me up and my car was up front of service clean and ready to go. 100% overall satisfaction on my part. More

Called for appointment which was pretty quick on day prior to visit. It was a scheduled Nissan Leaf maintenance visit. Pleasant staff, and the job was completed in less than an hour.
