From the time I entered the dealership, I was greeted by everyone I encountered. I met with John who helped me to determine what type of car I was looking for and when I told him leg space and head room alo everyone I encountered. You see I stand 5’ 10 1/2” tall and this car turned out to be a perfect fit for me. After test driving and discussing options that would make purchasing the Altima optimal for me I met Martel another salesman who introduced me to probably the entire staff, so not only do I know who the go-to people are if I need service or have questions I even have their contact information as well. He even explained to when my new car would need service, what was covered under my warranty, what warning lights meant and to understand any bells and whistles if I heard them. This is a dealership that offers something we’re not seeing enough of these days; they listen to you and are interested in how they can help improve your overall driving experience. We just leased a Leaf today from Carson Nissan. Our salesperson was Lai-Ce Shum. She was courteous and knowledgeable. Shortly after purchasing my new Nissan Leaf, I discovered a convenience setting that was minor but annoying. After expressing the issue to Eugene in sales, he suggested that we ask the service department. a convenience setting that was minor but annoying. After expressing the issue to Eugene in sales, he suggested that we ask the service department. The service writer referred us to Brett, a technician in service. Immediately after discussing the issue with Brett, he fully understood the issue. Within a few minutes, he obtained the appropriate TSB (tech service bulletin) and was at my vehicle modifying the setting. After my short drive in the parking lot, Brett's setting change had resolved the issue. All this occurred within about 10 minutes without any inconvenience nor the need to make an appointment In the twenty 25 years of owning Nissan vehicles, my initial experience at Carson Nissan was the best. With a great service department and techs like Brett at Carson Nissan, why would anyone every consider another facility for maintenance of their Nissan. Carlos goes above and beyond in his customer service. He needs to be recognized as I've been in other Nissan dealerships in the past and their service, hours of operation and professionalism of their staffs are nowhere near Carson Nissan's set standards. And having Carlos there set the bar even higher. He listens to the customers concerns and make sensible suggestions on vehicle service/ maintenance. He always makes sure to follow-up on the customers as well when the veh is done. He's one of the main reasons why I continue to go to Carson Nissan rather than the dealership where I bought my vehicle. I've dealt with other people in this dealership as well and everyone seemed to be always willing to assist you. More
I received an email from Fernando Luquin about the new Rogue and Pathfinder. I promptly received an internet quote fro the 2014 Rogue and then came to the dealership where we were introduced to John Anch Rogue and Pathfinder. I promptly received an internet quote fro the 2014 Rogue and then came to the dealership where we were introduced to John Ancheta and Eugene Cho. We were looking for a 7-passenger vehicle, but they did not have a 2014 Rogue to look. We looked at a 2013 Rogue, which would be almost the same size, but the 2014 would have the extra back seat we needed. We could tell from the size of the 2013 that it would be extremely small in that seat. I did not want a big SUV, but Eugene and John suggested since we were there, we should look at the Pathfinder. We took it for a test drive and it did not feel big at all and the drive was very smooth. It's the first time I had ever been on the freeway for a test drive, so we did get a pretty good feel for the car. Both John and Eugene were friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated. They were instrumental in our decision to buy a 2014 Pathfinder, going over the pros and cons of Pathfinder compared to the Rogue and to the Toyota Highlander and other cars in its class. Eugene provided a comprehensive overview of the different engines and performance of the competitors vehicles. With the incentives being offered, in the end, the Pathfinder would only cost a couple of thousand dollars more than the Rogue and the convenience of a bigger 3rd seat and easy access to that seat made the decision even easier.
