Christina was truly awesome. I took my car in because of some noises I was hearing that were not normal. She said it would be a couple hours and I let her know that I had another appointment that I could no some noises I was hearing that were not normal. At the hour she came to me and told me the issues and then she told me that she knew I had an appointment and had a rental waiting for me already! I was grateful! She called me later in the day to give me updates, and I never once felt that I was in HER way, the way I have felt with other service reps in the past. I can go on and on about how great she was, but I will just say that she truly made this trip an easy one and above all her customer service was beyond exceptional! More
