I recently filed bankruptcy. I received an invitation from Carson Nissan. I then made an appointment with Laura for 11 AM on Friday, December 27, 2013.I stepped out on faith. John followed up with us and Christina followed up immediately and treated us very professionally as if we were her only customers. She returned phone calls promptly, answered all questions and met u immediately and treated us very professionally as if we were her only customers. This was by far the best car leasing experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Carson Nissan - from their prices/deals to their friendliness, to their trustworthiness. They are upfront, honest, and they respect your time and value your business. Fernando Luquin was great to work with via phone and email, he gave me all the information I needed. And when I arrived at the dealership, he was super friendly and helpful and patiently answered all my questions. Peter Choe took me for a test drive and told me all about the car, and he was great company while we waited for the contracts. All in all, I felt like I was only at the dealership for like 40 minutes, it went by really fast. I am very glad I chose Carson Nissan. They even hooked up my phone to the bluetooth and offered us free hot dogs, drinks and popcorn. They are great people - I don't have a single complaint! More
