When my wife and I heard that Cristina Guzman had been with Carson Nissan for a year, but only working in the sales for a couple of months, we were blown away. Why? Well it's often said that there is no b with Carson Nissan for a year, but only working in the sales for a couple of months, we were blown away. Why? Well it's often said that there is no better teacher than experience, but how much experience could one person possibly gain in 2 months. After all, she was friendly, prompt during our correspondences and genuinely committed to enuring that we had a positive car buying experience. This led us to another conclusion. There are some things that just cannot be taught on the job, but perhaps in homes throughout childhood development where some families still manage to uphold integrity, work ethic and pride in one's sense of duty to do right by those whom they serve. Cristina's character embodies all of these traits and then some. In the cutthroat world of sales and commissions, she worked tirelessly to get us comfortable with our purchase by being fully sensitive to our budget concerns and automotive needs. The folks at Carson should be proud of this fresh-faced young lady for taking the lead throughout this process and bringing her colleague, John, in for some of the finishing touches. Not only will we gladly recommend Carson Nissan to anyone in the market for a new or used ride, they would be wise to make an appointment with Cristina just to see for themselves how great it can be done...and ought to be done. I called to schedule a service for a recall. I was disappointed because one of the first things I was told was that they do not offer loaners and they only offer a shuttle within 10 miles. I had to google map my work from the service station and call them back to schedule it since my work just happened to be within 10 miles. It was very inconvenient. I purchased my vehicle at Hawthorne and was always told that loaners were first come first serve which was fine with me. I would make an early appointment to grab one and make it to work on time. Because of the shuttle I was 20 minutes late to work. Because of this I will not be going back to Carson Nissan More
