When my wife and I heard that Cristina Guzman had been with Carson Nissan for a year, but only working in the sales for a couple of months, we were blown away. Why? After all, she was friendly, prompt during our correspondences and genuinely committed to enuring that we had a positive car buying experience. This led us to another conclusion. There are some things that just cannot be taught on the job, but perhaps in homes throughout childhood development where some families still manage to uphold integrity, work ethic and pride in one's sense of duty to do right by those whom they serve.
