One of the reasons that I hate buying new cars, is that you have to deal with the salespeople. When I went to Carson Nissan and I met John Ancheta, I was pleasantly surprised. He was friendly, helpful and you have to deal with the salespeople. When I went to Carson Nissan and I met John Ancheta, I was pleasantly surprised. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. Even when I told him that I was not going to buy a car today, he remained helpful and friendly and took my husband and I on a couple of test drives. I know that John would have liked to have made a sale today, but he was respectful and did not pressure me in any way. He introduced me to his manager, who was also very friendly.
