Purchasing my Car, was a wonderful experience!!!! we wanted to start looking for a new car but I wasn't sure of the type of car I was looking for. Oscar was on the lot and I told him what I wanted he showed me different models but I was impressed with the Altima, everything was very comfortable the ride the drive. I was convinced by the first drive that was the car I wanted. I have had it for a week and I truly love it. Oscar was very patient and he answered every question I had. even after the sales he called me a few days later to see that I was completely satisfied. I rate him with a 10. Great service for someone new to USA As a new arrival in the States I was concerned that leasing a car was going to be a difficult and expensive business. I could not have been more wrong As a new arrival in the States I was concerned that leasing a car was going to be a difficult and expensive business. I could not have been more wrong. With the excellent assistance of Linda Webber and Lai-Ce Shum I found the process to be very easy. The email conversation leading up to the lease was very smooth, then the car was delivered to a place of my choosing (Hertz LAX) that may not have been the easiest situation (sitting in a car park with no desk to sign the papers), but Lai-Ce dealt with it all brilliantly, giving me a quick run down of what the car could do and how to get the best out of it.
