As a woman shopping on my own I felt very manipulated. I know you have to make a sale and use sale tactics but the emotional manipulation at the end about the oh well I already gassed up the car and every I know you have to make a sale and use sale tactics but the emotional manipulation at the end about the oh well I already gassed up the car and everything to try to make me feel bad for wanting to sleep one night on a deal was the last straw. Also when I got to finance to look at the deal the trade in amount had been put in $1000 less then what we had discussed and what had been printed out the night before. The guy in finance said oh well I guess I can do that for you. You guess? That's what was discussed. If I hadn't noticed that wouldve been an extra $1000 financed and that's a lot. Overall an experience that made me feel weird and not like a customer there but a potential check mark on their sales board for the month. More
I am honestly not sure where to begin with this review! Found a car advertised on their website that fit our needs. After calling and texting one of the sales associates (Leslie) multiple times, she assured me that the car was ready to be seen. We agreed to come see the vehicle the next morning, and the sales associate even confirmed that morning that we were still coming. After driving over an hour to see it, they can’t seem to locate the car on the lot. With further investigation by a different sales associate and manager, it was explained that the particular vehicle we were interested can’t be sold. Why? Well, it needed an engine!!!! A 2018 used car should not need a new engine! In the end, The GM at the Dealership did attempt to make things right and offered other vehicles for us to look at for a “good” price, however we were really only interested in the one particular vehicle we set out to see. Take it for what you will… Ultimately, they said a particular vehicle was ready to be seen, we drove over an hour to see it, and it was either inoperable or not even really there. If you have time to waste, or are not set on a particular vehicle, then Carson Nissan may suit you. If you are looking for an honest dealership with respectable sales associates; look elsewhere! More
I was lured in by an offer for 50 dollars to test drive. I bought the truck and the dealer was out of the 50 dollar gift certificates. They said they mailed it when I checked back. When I hit 1000 miles I came in for my free oil change on Christmas eve. I dropped the car off and left. I got a call an hour later that I had 45 minutes to return and pick up my truck. They couldn't get to it and were closing early. I'm all for closing early Christmas eve, but decide that before I drop off my car and leave and pay Uber to come back. I love the truck, but go to a different dealership More

As per Under California Vehicle Code section 11713.1(e), when car dealers publish advertisements for cars and those ads include asking prices, then the dealers are prohibited from selling the advertised vehicles for more than their advertised prices. When I told the representative this, he stated telling "why did you asked the OTD price". As per him "everything has cost" which meant that he has costs to give a customer price quote! when I try to tell what are you talking about he started saying "Don't shout at me". I was never shouting only telling him that it was his job to sell the car and to that he has to give the OTD when customer requests!! So its a trap that shows their online low price. Don't get into the trap. Stay away from them. I wish to give them 0. More

I will put this in short,I cancelled a service contract I will put this in short, I cancelled a service contract in Feb 2021 it took a month to deal with the staff at Carson Nissan to just get them to cut I will put this in short, I cancelled a service contract in Feb 2021 it took a month to deal with the staff at Carson Nissan to just get them to cut a check for the portion that the contract company reimbursed me to put back on the loan of my car, I was sent a text picture with proof of this. It is now April 2nd 2021. I have Called numerous times, left tons on messages, spoke to just about every manager possible. I have been calm and respectful. No cussing or yelling. I have been ghosted, hung up on, lied to, ignored, placed on hold for long periods of time. Told how I should run my life,talked over, disrespected as a female. Patched through to departments that have nothing to do with my concern. They are in violation of the service contract to put the $1,300+ back on my car loan, they had 30 days to do so. So, basically they are stealing money from me as a customer. They are nice when you want to buy a car of course however if you have to deal with them on another business level make sure you have a good attorney! Which is my next move, small claims. I moved to Washington so I can't just walk in the dealership. More
