Carson Nissan is the best car dealership in SoCal.. On August 24, 2014, I went to Carson Nissan to trade in my 2012 Nissan Sentra. I was determined to upgrade my Sentra to a Nissan Altima. The salesman On August 24, 2014, I went to Carson Nissan to trade in my 2012 Nissan Sentra. I was determined to upgrade my Sentra to a Nissan Altima. The salesman who assisted me was Jessie Avila. Mr. Avila provided incredible customer services, he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and determine to have me drive out the dealership with the car of my choice. I drove out the dealership with a 2014 Nissan Altima thanks to Jessie. I would definitely refer people to Carson Nissan; and also have them ask for Jessie Avila because he was such an awesome salesman. More

I took my 2012 Rogue in for Service at Carson Nissan. Larry Russell assisted me. He was great! During my wait, I walked around to see the 2015 models . Unexpectedly, I ended up purchasing a 2015 Rogue. It was not my plan to purchase a vehicle on 9/20/14, but the deal was too good to pass up. Ethaniel Baxter assisted with picking out the color & checking out the new 'bells and whistles". He was very hands-on & patient with me. I appreciated that because I come from an automotive background--working at AHM for 13 years; so I appreciated the fact that EZ was not pushy. Larry kindly refunded the $$$ for the Oil Change & batteries belonging to the 2012. Lisa Melkonian assisted me with the financing. I worked with Lisa when I purchased my 2012 Rogue, so I knew I was good hands. My overall experience was awesome. That's why I don't mind driving 40 minutes to an hour, because I know I am going to get excellent customer service. Carla More

When I arrived I got help by a gentleman that handed me over to Christian, I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight to the Nissan Sentra. It was just what I was looking for, small, comfortable and gas saver! He took the time to explain to me every feature in the car & the pricing on the car... Once inside doing the paperwork he was understanding, he got his manager Irving involved to see what they can do for me. I like that Nissan was able to work with me and make me feel comfortable in the decision I was making. They were not like other dealers that pressure you to taking the car or make it seem like you wasted there time... keep up the good work Christian. More
