I went online early one morning to look at the Altimas and requested informati Awesome experience at Carson Nissan dealing with both Ruben and Lai-Ce. I went online early one morning to look at the Altimas and requested information from the dealership, and received information from Lai-Ce very soon after. After exchanging a few emails back and forth and getting the information I requested with little hassle, I decided to head to the dealership and test drive one. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lai-Ce and Ruben and it was a outstanding experience throughout the process. Ruben explained all the features very thoroughly throughout the test-drive and was very personable. Lai-Ce did a great job working out a deal that made both sides happy, even though I was a little tough to deal with I am sure with wanting the best deal. She continuously kept her cool and friendly attitude and explained that they do not want me to walk out over a few dollars a month. We eventually came up with a deal and I walked out feeling great about the experience. Ruben ensured that everything was explained again prior to leaving the dealership and that if I had questions in the future about the vehicle that I had his direct cell number. Highly recommend doing business with Carson Nissan (especially Ruben and Lai-Ce)! More

Mr. Justin provided incredible customer services, he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and determine to have me drive out the dealership with the car of my choice.
