No Better Dealership I brought my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder in for a Factory Recall and some other minor servicing. Mr. Jeffery Morgan was the service representative I dealt I brought my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder in for a Factory Recall and some other minor servicing. Mr. Jeffery Morgan was the service representative I dealt with and Jeff was nothing but professional. He listened to my concerns and made sure each item was addressed and completed in a timely manner. Mr. Morgan is truly there to assist the customers, much like Linda Webber was when I bought the vehicle from Carson Nissan in May, 2013. The kicker to the whole service trip which included an oil change, tire rotation, sun visor replacement was that I left the dealership without having to pay a penny for the repairs. My vehicle was also washed for me when I picked it up. Thank you Jeff for your outstanding customer service, professionalism and genuine care for your customer. I won't buy another Nissan anywhere else! More

When I called, Fernando Luquin was very helpful answering all of my questions, informed me of other important information and we set an appointment. Although he was unable to attend the appointment, he called to notify me of the change, wrote down all of the details I wanted for my new car and offered to help however he could during the process. I was impressed and felt comfortable to move forward. The day of the appointment my boyfriend and I met with Ethaniel Baxter, who was very friendly and helpful. We reviewed the detailed notes Fernando had left and he brought over the exact 2015 Nissan Altima SV that I had asked for, plus it had extra features that I wanted but did not know would be included. DJ, the sales manager, was great and efficient during the purchase process. Fernando and Ethaniel have gone beyond expectations of service which is greatly appreciated. He let us test drive a Versa and a Sentra. He was so eager to answer any questions. He sat with us, offered water to us, and chatted with us while the sales manager worked on our deal. He was always there leading us step by step through the process. If I had a friend or co-worker interested in purchasing a vehicle, I would send him/her to Carson Nissan and have them look up and work with Jessie. He can't be beat. More
