9492073745 Nick 2216 Enter Enter 800 777 7018 Nissan Finance complaint To Whom It May Concern, In December of 2017 I purchased my 2017 Nissan Altima from Carson Nissan. Initially i dealt with Nicolas Vargas and when Mr.Vargas was not getting the car sold the bigger mouth piece was brought in, Mr. Irvin Vasquez. After what seemed like several hours of Irvin going back and forth trying to work the numbers an agreement was finally reached. The agreement was: Monthly payments: 491 (Gap Insurance included) Current lease paid off in full(At the time I had a 2014 KIA Optima) After reaching the aforementioned agreement I sat down with Roland Ocampo to sign what I thought was the legitimate verbal deal that Irvin and I agreed to and that was witnessed by Nicolas Vargas. Fast forward to January 2018 I get a final bill from KIA for 6,000 plus dollars. During the paperwork signing process (Dec. 2017) Roland Ocampo assured me that a payoff check would be sent to KIA Motor Finance within 2-3 weeks. Unable to get in contact with Roland I go into Carson Nissan and speak with Wendy Garay who makes a call and then assures me, once again, that the payoff check will be sent over night. I let another week go by and still no payment has been sent to KIA. I contact Wendy AGAIN and now she can’t give me any answers as to why this process is taking so long but will email me the tracking number for the 5,100 payment. *Please note* Once everything was all said and done I specifically asked Irwin if I should make my December car payment for my KIA and he told me No. Irwin said NO to me making the December car payment because NISSAN was going to take care of it need to make the December car payment for my KIA, looked at my KIA and informed me the only thing I needed to worry about was probably getting new tires since the car was a lease and they could possibly charge me for the tires once I turned it in. I do not appreciate being lied to or deceived in order for Nissan to make a sale. I to pay an extra 500 plus dollars to KIA because I was lied to and mislead by Carson Nissan representatives. Had I known the deal I made with Carson Nissan would not be honored, I would have never downgraded myself to a basic Nissan Altima that I don’t really like from my fully loaded KIA Optima Hybrid.
