After having a bad car buying experience in the past, I already had it in my head not to expect anything great out of my trip into Carson Nissan. I pulled up with my nephew and was greeted by FERNANDO SANDOVAL and his personality and energy was just the best. I told him about my credit and past car buying experience. Fernando and the manager got me approved and into a GREAT New/Used Car with the down payment I came in with. I had an excellent experience with Roberto Romero. When he informed me that I would need almost $800 worth of work done to my '05 Nissan I informed him I had purchased an Extended Warranty. He checked the records and it appeared that because of my miles I was out of warranty. I said that couldn't be possible as I recall having at least 2-3 more years of my warranty. He contacted Nissan and they verified an error was made re: the miles. I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. He deserves a raise! More

Jessie opened up every single car I wanted to check out not only that but he gave me the chance to test drive all of them.
