Amazing experience! I came into this dealership looking for a certified preowned vehicle with a great mileage. A friend referred a gentleman named Justin who recently helped her find a car. I didn't call ahead to make an appointment and unfortunately came on his day off. Although he wasn't here, a very polite salesman named Silviano helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. I went home with a beautiful Nissan Sentra and I love all the features my new car has. I came back a couple of days later to pick something up from the dealership and was welcomed by Justin & Jan Joseph with two big smiles. Carson Nissan Saved the Day with Amazing Service I recently moved to St Paul, MN from Maui, Hi. I shipped my beloved Nissan Leaf, but due to unknown problem, it would not start and was stuck en rout I recently moved to St Paul, MN from Maui, Hi. I shipped my beloved Nissan Leaf, but due to unknown problem, it would not start and was stuck en route at the ground shipping terminal in Torrance, CA for almost three weeks. I felt helpless in Minnesota, with my car stuck in CA. I did not know what to do, and called Carson Nissan, the nearest dealership, for help. Lai-Ce, in the Internet Sales Dept, thought that Nissan Roadside Assistance could help, and referred me to them. She was a lifesaver with that idea. Nissan Roadside Assistance saved the day by towing my car from the ground shipper's terminal to Chris and Jeff in Carson Nissan's service department. They figured out the problem (a dead 12V battery, who would have thought), did the repair, and helped by holding the car over the weekend until I could arrange for it to be towed back to the ground shipper's terminal. My car has now, thanks to Carson Nissan, continued its eastbound journey to St. Paul. I love my car, and I love the great folks at Carson NIssan that stepped up to help reunite me with my Nissan Leaf. Thank you, thank you. More
