He explained to me what needed to be done to fix the problem as well, and told me that it would be done within a day. The service department found an additional small problem with an oil leak and fixed that as well. Both issues were resolved in the time Jeff had specified. Having driven from Las Vegas to Redondo Beach and recognizing I would have to return to LV, I was extremely happy that Carson Nissan was able to assist me so quickly and efficiently. Kept promises Carson Nissan had the model, color, and options I was looking for in a new Juke. When I contacted the Internet Sales department at Carson Nissan, they agreed to honor the TrueCar price. When I arrived to buy the car, everything was as agreed, and the sales experience was smooth. We were able to test drive two cars, and explore the pricing and options for both. We ended up purchasing a Nissan Sentra, and are extremely happy with the car. We also purchased extended warranty, LoJack and GAP coverage. Thank you for working with us and being so friendly.
