I don't believe there is a way you guys can help me. I'm honestly used to the rejection when it comes to the banks financing me. I just thought it was different here because of the radio commercial. I was trying to get a new or certified Nissan thinking I could get it with $0 down with my bad credit and negative equity (like advertised) but the bank said I was only approved for a car $10,000 or less with $1,500 down. So if the bank says one thing then there's nothing much anyone can do.

Britani, Thank you again for your reply and the opportunity to look into your situation. First, the good news is that we do have you approved for an auto loan. Unfortunately based on the lenders parameters it would require a down payment, and I realize that doesn’t work for you at this particular time. I completely understand! Does that mean we are liars? To be straight with you, I think that is being unfair to us. Yes we reach out to folks who have bad credit, who still owe money on their vehicles and to those who do not have any money down. But not all the people we reach out to in our advertising have all three conditions working against them like you do. We tried to help you. We gave it our best shot. So should we not continue to reach out to all people in our advertising? No. Because we have been able to help many, many people. It’s very true. And if we hadn’t been able to help a lot of people we would have a horrible reputation, and that just isn’t the case. I am very sorry that you do not have funds sufficient to take advantage of the approval we have for you at this time. We would be happy to take a look at it again, and again, and again, until we find a program that works for you. In fact you can contact me personally anytime! I hope I have provided you a reasonable explanation and you will reconsider the statement you have made about us and our advertising. Please have a great rest of the weekend!

We have been successful at getting loan approvals for many, many people, just like you. The good news here is that we do have you approved for an auto loan. Unfortunately the lender is requiring a modest down payment. We realize that doesn't work for you at this time and we completely understand.
