Excellent personalized service. Quick, friendly and no BS I hate car dealerships and the sleaziness attached to it. The thought of salesmen hounding me was making me think twice about going car-shopping. My I hate car dealerships and the sleaziness attached to it. The thought of salesmen hounding me was making me think twice about going car-shopping. My husband said he will make an appointment up front so we don't get bugged. He talked to Nathan Kogen who manages Internet Sales. Nathan set up an appointment for us and said he won't be there but that he would make sure we were in good hands. Once there, Eugene Cho and Justin Murillo showed us many cars and when none were appealing, they asked what we wanted. Unfortunately the car I wanted in the color I wanted was not available. Eugene said give me a couple minutes. He came back and told us he found the car, he will have someone pick it up right away if that's what we want. The finance process was amazingly quick with no BS, no sales pitches thrown at us. Justin, who had been showing us cars earlier, personally went and picked up the car for us! It was 30 miles away! He bought the car back, had it washed, detailed and ready for me. The entire time we were waiting, all of the staff kept checking in on us, giving us updates and ensuring we had something to eat or drink. It was wonderful to have personalized service from caring individuals, without a sales pitch in mind. There was no charge to go 30 miles away and get our car. On top of that, everyone was waiting with me when my car was ready! I definitely recommend this place for their professionalism, friendly service and a no-hassles approach. Not once did I feel hounded or pursued by a sales guy just looking to make a commission. I love my car and can say the same for the dealership. Excellent top notch service!!! More
