Got the car I wanted so I'm happy I guess you can say it was the typical dealership experience. You see the car you want, you test drive it, and then you go back and talk numbers. Thankfully I had a secret weapon with me :-) The staff I interacted with were all nice and patient. Bummed out the original sales person wasn't at work when I went in so had someone else help me out that at times seemed a bit confused but I'm sure he knew what was going on. They didn't top off my tank of gas like I expected (comparing to other dealer experiences) but whatever. More

Our 5th car from Jan Josef Anglo First car we bought was from Henry Bautista and Jan Josef Anglo. Now this is our 5th car buying from Jan Josef Anglo. Tonight my new 2015 Nissan sentra's tire presser light came on and I thought I had a I can not get over the customer service team at this dealer ship. Tonight my new 2015 Nissan sentra's tire presser light came on and I thought I had a big problem. My sister and I called and they said bring the car in and they would look at it. I was worried because it was after 5pm and I was coming fr downtown Los Angeles and i was afraid they would close before I could get there, They are open til 8pm. This was so wonderful ,we Had a Great Tech come out and great us with a big smile and his name is David Barrientos! He is the best very paitence and helpful and knows the car. I wanted to take him with us he he! If you ever have a problem and need to visit please ask for him. He is really nice and a great asset to that dealership. All the staff are great.
