This was a good experience with very helpful associates. In the end... I received the car I love and a pretty good note to follow. My New Nissan Family Late in 2014 I saw a JUKE on the road and my jaw dropped! I instantly fell in love with the look of this vehicle. Since I am retired and live on Soc S Late in 2014 I saw a JUKE on the road and my jaw dropped! I instantly fell in love with the look of this vehicle. Since I am retired and live on Soc Sec I felt it would be impossible for me to purchase a new car. So I put it on my wish list. A few months ago I saw it again only in Red color this time and I said "I have to have this car" and I checked on line for pricing and left my tel # at Carson Nissan. Received a call from Nansi and hesitated to return the call only because I just wanted to "look" at this car. I called and she was so nice I made an appt to see her on 11-25. As soon as I walked in the doors I was welcomed by all. She introduced me to Irvin Vasquez and I spent the afternoon discussing my options. Even though the place was rockin' with people because of the sale he was patient and did not hurry me. I'm a senior and had been driving a 21 year old Honda Del Sol (original owner) so all this was new to me. I was like a kid in a candy store. The gentleman he was mentoring was Luther M. and I found him to be very charming with a genuine enthusiasm to learn all he could from Irvin. He is in good hands and in my opinion will go far with your company. Preston did all he could to find me a Red Juke but could only find the Cosmic Blue (which was my second choice). Thank you Preston. Bottom line is things work out for a reason........and I am totally crazy about the blue. "JJ" spent some quality time with me going over all the features.............what an awesome personality he has and definitely an asset to your company. Mehdi took care of all the paperwork and answered a multitude of questions I had. Such a pleasant experience with him also. Bottom line is I am a happy camper and I owe it all to Irvin. What an exemplary employee you have with him!!! I really have never met a more dedicated person to his job and company. (and I have been around for a long time and worked for many different upscale companies). He is not only professional, but knowledgeable with a sweet disposition. Don't ever let this guy go!!!! So, I'm leasing my Cosmic Blue baby JUKE, picked her up on Thanksgiving Day and I'm ecstatic. I drove away knowing that whenever and for whatever I come back for I will be welcomed with the same enthusiasm that I felt this past Wednesday. More
