Sales rep didn't know anything abraham has no sales experience. He didn't know what a lease was. He didn't even hook up my phone to my car. Familiar and convenient This has been my dealership for some time. I got my car from here in 2006 and I still go to this location for my minor routine service. So good ppl have moved on (Karl) but they have some new blood walking around that are friendlier then old staff members and I like that. When I come in they recognize me and they don't try and sell me on services that aren't urgent and can wait. They've also have referred me to other auto body shops that do cheaper work More
