The service advisor Carlos Gaspar assisted me with my Nissan 2009 Altima, the issue was steering lock assembly, he went above and beyond assisting me The service advisor Carlos Gaspar assisted me with my Nissan 2009 Altima, the issue was steering lock assembly, he went above and beyond assisting me during my service. The repair was going to cost so much that I wasn't sure if I would have the funds to get my car repair. Mr, Gaspar continued to assist me and provided me help to contact the regional office to seek further assistance. The following day I contacted the regional office to report the incident. the following day, we received a call that my car will be taken care of and they had extended the warranty since I've been a loyal costumer to this Nissan dealership. My family and I are grateful because our means of income is having a car to drive to work and I would of missed work if my car wasn't fix as soon as possible. We need to emulate Mr, Carlos Gaspar for his excellent service but more so that he was a concerned individual that understands how important a vehicle is to a working family like myself.
