But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM! More

Ryan, my customer in service rep, recognized that the issue was not caused by us and contacted both Nissan and the service manager at Carson Nissan to advocate they fix the issue as if it was covered under warranty.
