I just wanted to quickly recognize my Service Advisor Edwin Xuncax to his peers, Supervisors, Dealership Manager, Nissan HQ, and anyone reading this. These past 2 times that I have taken my vehicle in to get serviced, he has been my main point of contact. As I told him in our email correspondence while I was at work, his customer service and technical knowledge has been second to none. He has gone above and beyond what other Service Advisors there have done the previous times I have got my vehicle worked on. In fact, he has gone above and beyond what previous Service Advisors have ever done for me at any dealership since I have been taking my personal vehicles in. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. He knows his job, communicates well with his customers, and is very thorough to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed.
