Not prepared to sell a Pilo Yesterday morning I visited Carson Honda in hopes of test driving a Honda Pilot Touring. Unfortunately the only Touring on the lot had apparently just Yesterday morning I visited Carson Honda in hopes of test driving a Honda Pilot Touring. Unfortunately the only Touring on the lot had apparently just arrived and was not drivable. Ok, so fine. I was interested in looking at the interior of the EX-L sitting in front of the dealership doors but apparently the sales guy couldn't get the door unlocked. Fine, so let's take a look inside the other Pilot parked on sidewalk. What? can't unlock this Pilor either. See you later Carson Honda!! How are you supposed to sell any cars if you are unprepared and can't let customer's test drive or even simply check out the interior?? More

I purchased the referenced car for my daughter, and made that very clear when we negotiated the paperwork. Shortly after I received a call from the credit facility clarifying a few things, and during the conversation I mentioned that I was getting it for my daughter. They had not been informed of this by Carson, and as a result they declined to finance it. Carson started shopping around, and through their activity they damaged my credit rating. My daughter needed the vehicle and I ended up putting it on my credit card to expedite the purchase. Since we purchased it, my daughter has driven approximately 6000 miles. The vehicle had 95,419 miles on it when we purchased it six months ago, and we were told that it had been through their used car maintenance evaluation. There is no reasonable way that a transmission could go from good to needing replacement in this amount of time and mileage. It had to be an obvious pre-existing condition, easily diagnosed if the proper evaluation had been completed before we purchased it. I have an almost new Pilot and we have several other Carson Honda's in our family. If they are willing to accept responsibility and fix this for us we will continue to work with them and I recommend them as a dealership. If they do not, I will not return and recommend that anyone expecting fair dealing avoid doing business with them. More
WE GOT SCREWED DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Purchased a used car from them and within six months of the purchase, the transmission has DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Purchased a used car from them and within six months of the purchase, the transmission has blown up. Understand that this was purchased without a warranty but are you serious, 6 months and we now have to pay $2000.00 for a rebuilt transmission. Transmission DO NOT go bad in 6 months and during Carson Honda purchase inspection of our vehicle, they should have caught the burnt/bad transmission oil just by checking the transmission fluid level. We were told that by Carson Honda that there is nothing that they will do and basically too bad. I can accept buying a used car from private party with this possibly happening but not from a car dealership like Carson Honda. What this means is that they DO NOT check anything on a used car that is on their sales lot. I don't know about a certified car but definitely not the non-certified cars. I can't tell you how upsetting this has been along with the dealership not even trying to assist in any way. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

My service experience was so disappointing last week that I left after waiting for a diagnosis for 3 hours - although I had an appointment. I asked for follow up from both a manager and service advisor. No one ever followed up. I also requested a routine oil change. My paperwork indicates that my oil was changed and the sensor reset. My sensor reading contradicts that the service was ever performed. I was a loyal customer but will now have my car serviced elsewhere. More
Never again I purchased a Certified 2012 Honda Odyssey from Carson Honda, within 6 months i have to replace the rear brake pad, both 4 tires, and the battery. And I purchased a Certified 2012 Honda Odyssey from Carson Honda, within 6 months i have to replace the rear brake pad, both 4 tires, and the battery. And i was told the rear bumper was repaint but it wasn't a good job (from my friend who has a auto body shop). I don't know how Carson Honda certified this Odyssey, but this was the worst exercises for buying a " Certified" Honda, and i will never buy any Certified Honda again. More
Poor Customer Service I have owned Hondas for more than 20 years and have patronized this dealership for more than 15 years (at its previous location on PCH in Harbor City) I have owned Hondas for more than 20 years and have patronized this dealership for more than 15 years (at its previous location on PCH in Harbor City). This dealership previously exceled in customer service . I have noticed a dramatic degradation in customer service and attention to detail during recent visits. Paperwork has indicated that a service was performed but sensors indicated otherwise. Perhaps the dealership is under new management. I am especially disappointed because there has been no follow up from management. More

Ramon the Salesman, also another great down to earth guy. My time is very valuable and I was out in about two hours from the time I walked in the door to drove off. More
Pleasant experience Came in to trade my 2007 and buy something a little newer; 2010 civic. I went to the front desk again asked another person came asked shall we go for test drive, i said we have already did the test drive and like to go for buying. after another half an hour he came with paper with out pen and asked to write the details of me.
