Completely unprofessional and crooked! Jaun, the internet sales manager was very slow to respond and I had to keep calling back to try to get them to make a deal with me. He offered me $30,000 for my tradein and then that changed to $20,500 when I was about to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to Carson Honda to buy a used truck from them. Total bait and switch! Then when I asked him to honor the deal he wouldn't. After that I decided to purchase the truck and sell my truck on my own, he wouldn't return my calls. Finallly he called back after several emails and phone messages to tell me the truck had sold 15 minutes after the last time we had spoke. Total crooks! Don't buy from these xxxxxxx. More
