And I seriously mean HELPED! Absolutely zero high pressure sales tactics and he was totally mindful of the budget I wanted to stick with. The sales manger Chris was super friendly as well. Mike, the financial services director, even made signing paperwork fun! These guys are fantastic, friendly,, and extremely helpful, patiently answering all of my questions with smiles. Carson Toyota is efficient and clean, but not as fast as I would like. Their pricing on air filters used in routine maintenance is considerably higher then through 3rd party sources, but service work is oth I would like. Service writer could have been clearer in explaining total charge. Told me there was a $170 troubleshooting charge then when he called me with the estimate to make repairs he quoted a total of $700 and total charge. When I went to pick up my truck the total was $930 with the added troubleshooting. Wouldn't have been as shocked if he had quoted the total total when he called for authorization to make repairs. Rebecca, my sales rep, was great to work with on this new truck purchase. She's very knowledgeable about the vehicle features and was helpful in answering all of my questions.
