Aug/Sep of 2022 I went to the dealership and talked to them about getting a Toyota Supra and what colors I wanted. Was told 3-5 months which was fine so I put my deposit. Didn’t hear anything until April them about getting a Toyota Supra and what colors I wanted. Was told 3-5 months which was fine so I put my deposit. Didn’t hear anything until April and it was in a color I had ZERO interest in. Told them I wanted a GR86 or wanted to be on the wait list for the Tacoma redesign since they would not be getting many more supras in. Very inconsistent communication. Was told 2024 wait for Tacoma and then radio silence since. I’ve asked for a refund because obviously we are going nowhere but they would rather try to sell me a last gen Tacoma. Lost $1000 that I know they won’t give back to me and wasted my time waiting for a vehicle. More

Had appointment for car service I waited 5 hrs and 27 minutes before they told me they didn’t have the parts to fix my car. Going on day three supposedly it was fixed came home and my exhaust was hangi minutes before they told me they didn’t have the parts to fix my car. Honestly what kind of people do they have there working on my vehicle. I called them when I was leaving but no one returned my calls. Am in disbelieve I’ve never been treated so badly. More
