No deals at dealer whatsoever. Veh being built and wanted step rails and mud guards. Step rails were added but not mud guards. Said would add at dealer as Toyota ran out. Toyota doesn't run out of mud guards What they don't tell you is the price doubles to add at dealer vs factory. Paint flaws and chips found on hood. Went to body shop for 8 days and was told they painted the whole hood. Picked up vehicle and found it completely filthy. Rubbing compound all over hood, windshield and front of vehicle which showed they didn't paint hood. Told it was fron the rain which it obviously wasn't. Inside of drivers side full of dirt and mud including door panel. Service rep and supervisor both misrepresented what was done to vehicle. Poor customer service. Vets unable to claim rebate unless financed with Toyota which is morally wrong if you're paying cash More

Many other dealers tried “ to keep us in the dark” regarding details we needed for our decision. He was pleasant and available for questions before and after our purchase. The service department also answered our questions. The finance department worked with our bank and credit union as well as their own loan company to provide the best rates. All were prompt in returning calls. More
There was no communication between the service manager and the customer. We were told that we would have a 2 hour wait when we made the appointment and we were OK with that. When we got there we were tol and the customer. We were told that we would have a 2 hour wait when we made the appointment and we were OK with that. When we got there we were told it would be about 5 hour wait. Since we live over an hour away, we had no choice but to stay and wait. However, after the 5 hour window was over, I had to call to see what the status was. We then waited in the lobby for an additional 2 hours. We had to go ask to take our vehicle home! More
Toyota is missing the boat on electric vehicles. They are way behind others. My wife has had a Tesla for 4 years now and I'm just waiting for a Toyota that can meet or exceed Tesla specs. Specifically speaking it's the range it's all about the range,You've got to get the range up to four or 500 mi. It just doesn't look like it's going to happen anytime soon. I will continue to drive my 2009 Toyota Highlander hybrid limited it's got 290,000 mi on it never had a problem but I'm ready for the comparable all-electric. More
Both Wade and Joe were instrumental in getting me into my 2016 Subaru Legacy.
