I went to get my service done for a 15k service, when I arrived I met the service advisor who let me know my Toyota Care was expired and I would need to pay for my service. I was a little confused but sa I arrived I met the service advisor who let me know my Toyota Care was expired and I would need to pay for my service. I was a little confused but said go ahead and complete the service. While it was being serviced I checked online to see what the expiration is for the Toyota Care. It states 2 years or 25k miles. I purchased the vehicle October 2022. It is currently Aug. 2024. After the service was completed I addressed this with the.cashier and she stated that the Toyota Care began n March of 2022. I said I didnt purchase the truck until Oct. Still didnt make sense and doesnt sit well with me but just wanted to get out of there at that point before I caused a scene. I was also told they would rotate my tires and check the air pressure. I know they didn't do either. The tire pressure listed on the paperwork is 35 all around but I Know what my tire pressure was when I brought it in and what position each tire was in with what pressure and it had not changed. So now Im left wondering what else was not done that ended up costing me $119.00 More
