I have started a conversation with the General Manager Trinity as they were very dishonest with my daughter when she purchased a used car on March 12th. Said they replaced the brakes and they cracked within the first two month. Said they checked the battery which died in two months. After AAA came to look at it the dealer had covered up the date with a sticker which said 2016. This battery was 6 years old. If this situation is not handled we will be taking the next steps and sending pictures and the same information to the better business bureau. More

Not sure if this place (or its service department) has been affected by the so-called "work shortage" due to the pandemic, but the quality of service has taken a major hit recently. I drive a significant been affected by the so-called "work shortage" due to the pandemic, but the quality of service has taken a major hit recently. I drive a significant distance to this dealership because the one closer to my home (in Reno) is an absolute disgrace! But lately, the service and support from this location has dropped substantially. I purchased a two-year "free" maintenance plan on my new vehicle (from out of state) in 2020, and for whatever reason, the people here just cannot figure out to incorporate that plan when I bring my car in for its oil changes/tire rotations. Every single time, the "service advisor" presents me with a bill, and I have to tell him/her, "No... please look again... I have a 'maintenance plan." And every single time, I (the customer) am the one who is wrong and doesn't know what the xxxx I'm talking about, and it takes 15-20 minutes until the "service advisor" realizes that, in fact, I do have this plan in place. It's ridiculous! How is it that some kind of note or something can't be put in "my file." I've been coming to this same place for years! Probably not for much longer. More

We took our car in for work that was estimated to be 2 hours but it wasn't done until after 3 1/2 hours.
