I came in with horrible credit and a lame trade in vehicle. This place worked very well with me over the phone and guaranteed me a vehicle before I even showed up. Like a friend he was upfront about any and all issues he knew about the inventory and does he best to have it fixed before purchase. The guys at the shop are great as well. More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAIT AND SWITCH, UNSAFE VEHICLES VERY shady in house financing. They worked me over good, they took full advantage of my ignorance when it comes to auto "loans". The "manager" or th VERY shady in house financing. They worked me over good, they took full advantage of my ignorance when it comes to auto "loans". The "manager" or the guy responsible for setting up and going over the financial papers rushed me through them and when it was all said and done, they have me on the line for over $8k on a truck worth $2400 on a good day. They don't return customer phone calls, and are very rude to you when you go in to discuss your concerns, like you are wasting their time. They "prepared" the vehicle before I got there so all its flaws were well hidden and temporarily patched. Engine leaks oil, transmission is noisy, rear end is starting to make noise, drive shaft support bearing is shot, exhaust falling apart, all 4 tires are very old and rotted out, already replaced them since I've had 2 flats in the short time I had the vehicle. To top it off the engine RATTLES when it first start in the morning, the sale guy knew this, so by the time i got their to view the truck, it was all warmed up and ready to go. Super shady, AVOID!! I was hoping to re-establish credit, and build a relationship with a trustworthy lot, because I definitely plan to purchase another vehicle when this one is paid off. Looks like I will be finding a new lot when the time comes. AVOID THIS LOT!!! More
