Purchased a car paid $37.50 for the title & lic and they issued me one with their name when I took it to DMV they said it will cost $31.00 however I had alredy paid for this to Carson Cars, they overch they issued me one with their name when I took it to DMV they said it will cost $31.00 however I had alredy paid for this to Carson Cars, they overcharged me for the title, and they issued it to themselves . They need to make this good to me this is lousy work. More

Awesome service! After I brought my car home, I started trying to figure out all the gadgets it had. I got confused and called Ben my salesman. He was so patient and nice, he worked with me over the phone trying to figure out all the gadgets it had. I got confused and called Ben my salesman. I bought a Denali from Carson Cars. After I brought it home, I noticed there was a strange sound coming from the air conditioning when I turned it on. I called Sam my salesman who told me I should bring i home, I noticed there was a strange sound coming from the air conditioning when I turned it on. I called Sam my salesman who told me I should bring it so they could take a look. It was a pretty quick fix but I was glad they were so willing to take care of the issue even after I already bought the car. More

John really helped me out and took a majority of his day spending it with me. I had a lot of questions that I needed answered before I bought my new car. The last thing I wanted to do was rush into a car pu spending it with me. I had a lot of questions that I needed answered before I bought my new car. The last thing I wanted to do was rush into a car purchase again. I had a pretty bad experience with another dealership who rushed me into something I shortly regretted. Being able to know 100% that my decision was the best one for me is priceless. More

I am very disappointed with this dealer. I purchased car here and drove it for 2 months before it broke down. The car ended up needing a new computer module put in. A $2000. repair bill. I went back to here and drove it for 2 months before it broke down. The car ended up needing a new computer module put in. A $2000. repair bill. I went back to this dealer and no one would even talk to me. One guy stood in front of me taking large bites of his greasy burger while telling me - did you buy a warranty? I was told at the time that the car didn't need a warranty. Since then I have found that this was the worst year model to buy. LOTS of problems. I'm now paying for a car I cannot afford to get fixed. I hate being deceived. More

We werent really seriously looking for a car to purchase when we stepped onto the lot and made that clear to David. That being said David stayed with us for almost an hour and answered every question I had. when we stepped onto the lot and made that clear to David. That being said David stayed with us for almost an hour and answered every question I had. Finally we came across a Lexus that i just couldnt take my eyes off of. David really came through, got us financed and into the Lexus for a price i could live with. We didnt get pressured at all, and it was really a unique used car experince. Im going to recommend and buy from them in the future! More
