when i originally purchased my car from them, they were give a 5/5 star review. its now turned into a 1 star. absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a Mazda from Carson Cars about a month and a half ago, a give a 5/5 star review. its now turned into a 1 star. absolutely ridiculous. I purchased a Mazda from Carson Cars about a month and a half ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. Check Engine Light: The Mazda had the check engine light on from the start. Carson Cars assured me they’d take care of it and even guranteed a loaner car during repairs. Delayed Repairs: However, they didn’t get my Mazda into the shop or provide a loaner car until almost two weeks later. As a mom of three, and at the time i still had my job, not having a reliable car that didnt overheat every time i started it, really caused issues for me. They need to come up with a better way of scheduling and ensuring loaner vehicles and priprioritize repairs a different way...The fact it took 2 weeks to get the mazda into the repair shop while ensuring i had a loaner vehicle - caused the head gasket to blow.. which is a major repair.. Safety Hazard: To top it off, the passenger door unexpectedly flew open on the freeway while my son was sitting upfront. This is a serious safety concern. Financial Burden: I lost my job, due to the fact that I was not able to make it to work because of not having reliable transportation. Despite having my car longer than I’ve had it, they’re still expecting payments from me. It’s unfair and in my opinion, unreasonable. Unwillingness to Help: When I expressed my dissatisfaction Monday of this week, and requested that they keep the mazda, and we find a different vehicle for me, they were unresponsive. It was only until FRIDAY recreceived any type of communication from them, and it was that there is still extensive amount of engine repairs that need to be done. But they are still expecting their money, and basically told me that they will be towing the loaner car one way or another because i have not given them payment... news flash.... no car... no payment.. I have still yet to get a reply back about the request email i sent monday of this week.. and now all the big shot callers are gone for the weekend, and the bottom feeders cant help... In summary, my experience with Carson Cars has been a nightmare. I strongly advise against doing business with them. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable dealership that wont have your kid almost fly out of the car on the freeway because of the door opening unexpectedly. More
I would give this place no stars if I could! I came in asking to see a specific car I saw on their website. it was affordable in my price range. And wanted to get it, did all the information got approved, when I came in the day after to get the car they said they wanted me to see another car because the car I wanted has gotten into an accident, so I agreed to the other car, (it cost way more than the other car ) not even a month later I got the car checked because my AC wasn’t working, the people who looked at my car said it for sure have gotten into an accident. So I called them and told them about it to see if they could fix it, all they told me was they’ll give me a quote to fix it. After you pay for the car they do not care about you or the car. i told them you guys said it hasn’t been into an accident that was the whole point of switching cars. And he said i didn't tell you it was, my boyfriend was my witness there saying sir you were the one that told us that. They basically didn’t help or do anything. 0/10 THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY DO NOT COME HERE!!! SCAM More

Sold me a car that had no heat. Did not detail the car when they promised to detail it twice! They had their repair shop "fix" my car but the issue was never addressed. I paid for and installed the parts myself because they couldn't be bothered to replace a stupid blower motor! I was told by their repair facility that the power steering pump needed replaced and the transmission mount. When I picked up my vehicle; there was no proof or paperwork to prove any of it had been fixed. Our salesman Jack was all about just getting the sale; no compassion or worry for customers. More

I have been a customer with this company for more than 2 years and not once they have let me and family down. From the management to the salesman they went far and beyond their limits to have us approved fo years and not once they have let me and family down. Carlos: Hats off to you our main salesman whom never gave up despite myself from being very difficult. Fernando: kudos for you - who strongly recommend to test drive the vehicle after a several No’s from us. Robert: appreciate your help with our car insurance especially when most insurance place gave us high prices. Scott: You have a great team - appreciate the each and everyone. For my review : What I really love about this company: this is a family own business and they treat people/customers as their own. Carson Cars thank you so much for never letting us down. My experience with Carson Cars was deeply disappointing. Initially, they misled me into a lease when I clearly intended to purchase. The first one broke down, leaving me to deal with towing, and the second one had its transmission fall out on the freeway. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout, demonstrating a lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. More
