Discount not applied When I bought my car in Carsmart. They offered me a 10% discount if I paid in full. After I did my payment the discount was never applied. 2 days later I went to ask why and they say it was because I used a credit card. Which I did, but I paid in full, with no finance. So they said I should be happy because my credit card will give me cash back. But that has nothing to do with their company and it has less to do with the discount offered that was not applied. Then the seller told me that the day before they lowered the price. Like that matters! when I saw the car it had a given price, I don't care about the price it had the day before. And for you Carsmart: Keep your 10%, a bad review with real reasons it worth much more than your stolen money. More
