I pulled onto Cars Plus Credit lot not knowing what make or model car I wanted. Todd was very patient walking the lot discussing several of the cars in detail. I saw a buick and just knew that it was the car for me, test drove it, signed the paperwork that day. Sometimes you just know when something is right. Todd and Christina were both pleasant and professional. As a single woman dealing with salespeople often I am talked down to, I have even been ignored while on other lots. Todd and his staff made me feel comfortable. Recently heading into work one morning the car began to sputter. Before I could get pulled over to call Todd the check engine light came on. I was very nervous and a little frightened. When I called Todd he was very reassuring and calm, he said "its a good thing the check engine light is on we will know what to fix. Go ahead and take it to Mike (his mechanic)." As it turned out the car simply was in need of a tune up. Dropped the car off that morning Mike had it purring like a kitten by early afternoon. It is so nice to have someone I can trust. I have and will contine to recomend Cars Plus Credit to all my friends. More

We have purchased 7 vehicles for Cars Plus Credit over the years for ourselves and our teenagers. I would recomend them to EVERYONE- Wonderful people!!! It's rare that you come away from dealing with a used car dealer ready to heap praise on them. That, however, is exactly what I'm doing with Todd and Cristina from Cars Plus Credit. I was interested in the lot after viewing the website and seeing that they didn't sell auction cars, only dealer trade-ins. I was also impressed by the fact that every car that was listed for sale on the site had a link to its CarFax report. This is a huge time and money saver. I had gone there looking for a car for my daughter. My price range was $3000 - $5000. What I really appreciated with Todd was the fact that when he told me that he would finance if necessary, he told me the interest rate upfront and what I would pay over the life of the loan. (Example: $5000 on a $3000 3-year loan) This was a refreshing change from the dealers that want to break it into weekly payments to hide the actual terms. He also gave me the number of a credit union who I ultimately used for the loan at a rate under 7% I purchased a 2006 Chevy Malibu for $4850. The day after I got it home we noticed the "Low Coolant" light on. This was troubling. I then pulled the dipstick and noticed a milky color to the oil. This obviously was a very bad thing. I called Todd immediately and he told me to bring it in. Because of my schedule, I wasn't able to take it there for three days. Since I had bought the car "as is" with no warranty, I was more than a little concerned. When I bought the car, I was kind of pressed for time and I made the fatal mistake of not having my mechanic check it out. After talking to a couple of attorney friends and doing research of the Mo. statutes, I discovered we have no used car lemon law or 72-hour cooling off period, I was really stressed and kicking myself. When I brought the car back to him, he had his mechanic check it out. He took one look at the oil and reached the same conclusion that I had, namely a cracked block or a blown head gasket. Todd asked me what I would like to do. I was floored. I told him I would like a different car. he told me to pick one out in the same range. I asked him about a Honda CRV. Even though, the CRV listed for $400 more that the Malibu, Todd said that would be fine. I was stunned. I am extremely happy that a used car dealer who was under no legal obligation, stepped up and did the right thing. I truly believe, as does my mechanic, that there was a real good chance that Todd bought the car with no knowledge of the problem. Based on what he did to make things right, I totally believe that to be the case. Bottom line, I highly recommend this dealership based on price. honesty and doing the right thing. More

The staff is very professional,greeted me with a friendly manner and was ready to help with any questions that I had. Todd was very honest and stuck to his words. I had paper work in a timely manner all in a folder with a business card. I liked everything about Todd's cars from the condition to the pricing to the detailing. I was very satisfied. I would buy a car from them in the future and would recommend this dealer to other people! More

I saw a car on Cars.com and was interested. I called and spoke with Todd and he was very friendly and was very open about the fact the title was a salvage title. I drove the car and had the engine and body inspected. After a body inspection, I was told that the car would most likely leak water around the windows. I didn't see any water damage and spoke with Todd about the findings. Todd assured me that the car had been sprayed down and checked for leaks. I took him at his word. I was also told that I could get full coverage insurance on the vehicle but they would only pay out half of the value. After all this, I decided to purchase and at his agreement wrote a check for the full value.. after he had agreed to hold the check until I had time to do a money transfer from another account. He cashed the check immediately causing major unrest in my account and costing me over $130.00 in fees. I Immediately called Todd and told him the check was being returned and he was supposed to hold it. He weaseled out of that by saying he only promised to hold it until Monday morning.(I bought on a Sat. afternoon.) He accepted no responsibility for this and in fact called me twice the next day and demanded that I bring him cash ASAP! Another $7 bux for a cashiers check. I have also since washed my car and both windows have significant leaks. When I called about insurance was informed that I could only get liability. I would call but am certain that Todd would give me the AS IS speel! Thank for confirming my distrust in all people Todd! More
