I bought a Honda Odyssey from them and I started to worry when I found out it needed a new battery and alternator less than a week after buying it. I called Todd at cars plus and he apologized and reimbursed me for all repairs right away (even though legally he did not have to since the vehicle was sold as is.) I would gladly buy from Todd again! More

Todd was able to get me into the car of my choice very quickly. He even told me he did not want to sell me a car I could not afford. This is not the Used Car Salesman I dealt with in years past. This man is honest and straight forward. More
Bad attitude horrible customer service Went to this dealer Saturday to look at a car for my daughter. Told the salesman our budget was around 3000 cash. He told me what he had on the lot for our price range. One of the cars he was telling us about was a 1997 Mercury tracer with 86000 miles for 3000. I told him that's too much for a 1997 model car and I wasn't interested in that vehicle. He went complete xxxxxxx after that. telling me if I wasn't interested in that car he doesn't have anything on the lot for me. that car is is marked at the market value etc. The cars suggested retail price on KBB was 2200. I told him we were leaving, he didn't want to show us anything else. He starts telling me as we're walking to my truck to leave, that they sell 150 cars per month so they're doing something right. I told okay that's good, but I'm not buying one from them. He yells as he's walking in the door. We wouldn't sell you a car anyway. More

A/C was shot, a coil was burnt, tail light missing, and so much more. I didn't have any money other than to trade my car and to plan to make payments. Todd made it possible for me to drive off in a 2006 Ford 500. 5 hours later I did end up with an issues after business hours. I called todd the very next morning. His team put in a brand new AC compressor and a belt. I felt like he did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of. My parents have bought 2 cars and now a truck. My best friend just bought a care as well. If you're looking for no pressure and an overall great car then Cars Plus Credit is the way to go. More
Horrible experience with Todd the owner I had a problem with the car I just bought from there, I took it back there to see if Todd would help me with the check engine light. It would not go I had a problem with the car I just bought from there, I took it back there to see if Todd would help me with the check engine light. It would not go off. All he did was laugh at me and make rude comments. He then cursed at me until I left the office. He said I have your money now and that is all that matters. More

Chucks Van "I bought a 2004 Ford Wind star. I love having double sliding doors, DVD player. Its great space for seating 8 or easy to lay the seats down to store "I bought a 2004 Ford Wind star. I love having double sliding doors, DVD player. Its great space for seating 8 or easy to lay the seats down to store large items. Overall It was a great value for the money and the space. The guys ( Todd and Matt) who sold me this van were very knowledgeable and supportive as I comparison shopped. For this reason its why I returned to buy at Cars Plus Credit. My van is great. The carfax was up to date with service and a list of previous times the van was owned. My van had 79k miles when I bought it. I have now owned the van for several months and its every thing Todd said it would be and continues to run strong. For the money and the support I got buying from these guys you can not go wrong or to a better car lot. Friendly sociable and supportive to fit your needs and price range. I would definitely buy from this lot again. More
Will Definitely Buy Here Again! We purchased a Ford ZX2 in December of 2013 for our oldest daughter. It was a little high on miles, but the perfect price for a kids' car. We figure We purchased a Ford ZX2 in December of 2013 for our oldest daughter. It was a little high on miles, but the perfect price for a kids' car. We figured she'd have problems with it, but were happily surprised when nothing went wrong - EVER. If the old adage "you get what you pay for" rings true, we got way more than we paid for. So, when we needed another "car for a kid", we came back. Today we bought a 2005 Ford Escape. Rather than purchase this one outright, we wanted to establish credit for our daughter, so Todd was wise and honest enough to tell us that yes, he could finance her, but if we would be willing to cosign, we could go to City Credit Union and get a much better interest rate for her, and still be able to put her on the loan, so she could get some credit established. When City Credit Union balked at the price, Todd was more than willing to work something out, PLUS he worked around my husband's crazy railroader schedule, in order to make a way so she could have her car today, but wait until Monday to do paperwork. When our youngest turns 16 in 3 years, WE WILL BE BACK TO CARS PLUS CREDIT. They're honest, their prices are fair, and they will go out of their way to help you get into a vehicle (even if you're an 18-year old with no credit). Top notch all the way -- THANK YOU!!!!!! More

U prove they are wrong an they go ballistic an threaten to come get my car. They double an triple any bill (Repait bill) among others to you. Companies shouldnt be allowed to charge 2 - 3 xs more then the actual bill. You will regret doing business with this company or any of their employees. Todd makes promises he'll take care of it then rekindles by saying i didnt say that or he has to pay his employees an cant fix it for free. Do not do business with this loser of a company or people. They kiss your rear til you sign then they turn into very hateful people. More

We asked them to check it and they said they thought it was misreading something so they would reset it and if it came back on then they would look into it more. So we went ahead with the process. Buying the car wasn't very hard, but I think that should have been my first clue that something wasn't right. He just kept having me sign paperwork and not really explaining things to me. I gave him my car as a trade in and we agreed that I would come back to give him the title for my car and to have the engine checked if the light came back on. Of course the check engine light came back on. Then when I went to drive it that night I found out the headlights didn't work. No one should ever be able to sell someone a car without headlights. That is incredibly unsafe and would not pass any inspection. So after realizing he downplayed the check engine light and was willing to sell someone a car without working headlights I decided to have someone check out the car. It turned out the car needed a lot of repairs. So I took the car back expecting the three day buy back would mean I could return this car. Then I found out he only meant I could return it if the engine or transmission completely failed. He didn't care about the fact that I had a list from a licensed mechanic saying there was a ton of things wrong with the car. In fact he yelled at me and told me none of those things needed to be fixed. Even though the check engine light was on. And he never apologized for sending me home with a car without headlights. So he tells me he's charging me for returning the car. Then he surprises me with the fact that he had already begun repairs on my old car even though he didn't have the title. So now I had to pay for those repairs that I hadn't planned on doing. Finally after being yelled at and charged for all of these things I got my car back. But when I got in my car I realized all the stuff I had left in the car was gone. So I went and asked for them back. They gave me a pile of stuff saying that was everything. I realized my phone charger was gone so I went back in for that. Then I made the stupid mistake of believing that was really all they had taken out of my car. When I got home I realized that they had kept my GPS, my two ice scrapers, my umbrella, and other miscellaneous small things I had left in there. This dealership only has one goal...get cars off the lot. They don't care about the customer or their safety. In fact if you do something they don't like then they yell at you which I find very unprofessional. They also don't seem to care about their cars. The car I was going to buy was 2,000 miles overdue for an oil change. If you buy from these people then check everything you can possibly think of. Even if they say it's been inspected. Check the things that seem obvious. If a dealer will sell a car without working headlights then who knows what else they will sell. More
