We at Cars Plus Credit think that is unfortunate that we weren't able to find you a car that fit your budget and needs. We make every effort to help our customers find the right vehicle. Their were actually 2 different cars that we suggested for this particular customer. He responded the same way to both suggestions; "Your cars are overpriced for what you are offering". We price all of our cars to sell!!! They are always marked below Black Book suggested retail price, This is part of what keeps our customers coming back to purchase multiple cars. Our sales person tried explaining that we take pride in our car prices being lower than our competition and suggested that we wouldn't have anything that fit his needs. At this point the customer became insulting and condescending , using explicit language to our sales person, and in front of other customers. This is something that we will not tolerate. We felt we had no other option than to ask him to leave.

Unfortunately this customer failed to identify themselves so i am unable to address the concern with the customer. Although it is apparent that they are unhappy about losing their car due to nonpayment. We have sold over 5000 cars since 2008 and maintained an excellent reputation by providing excellent customer service during and after the sale. Our prices are the most aggressive and reasonable in the city. I strive to be fair when providing in house financing to customers that are unable to retain conventional bank financing.
