Great customer service. I ended up totaling my car driving to Grain Valley during the last show and ice storm. I was not given very much for the car due to the condition and I ended up totaling my car driving to Grain Valley during the last show and ice storm. I was not given very much for the car due to the condition and the age of the car. Todd was able to put me in a reliable car for a very reasonable price, which is just what I needed. All of the staff were very helpful on the very cold day we came to look at the cars. We didn't have the insurance check yet, but they worked with us so that we could get the car that we needed and would be happy with. Thanks to all of the staff for a great job. The inspection on the vehicle I purchased had expired but we were able to get it inspected the next Saturday free of charge. More

This time, I got T-boned in our van when the other guy ran through a stop sign, two days before Christmas. Needed a second car quick. I knew where to go. What I like most about this dealer is he is no BS. You can do all your shopping online, including the FREE Carfax! You learn a lot about THAT car. Then you can go online and learn a lot about the year, make and model of the car in general, including customer satisfaction. So I picked out three, ranked them, went over the first one with a fine tooth comb, drove it for about an hour, came back and bought it. Got there at 9:30, was home with it before noon. So my son is now saving his money for his own car. I know where we'll go. Now if you are in the market for a brand new car to drive the heck out of, go to a new car dealer and spend your time and money there, and be prepared to spend lots of both. But if you want good, solid transportation cheap, go see Todd and his boys. His cars may not be perfect. They tend to be older and high mileage, but you won't see junk on his lot. Anywhere. More

We looked at a few dealerships in the area, and didn't feel comfortable with any of them. When we pulled up to Cars Plus Credit, we were impressed with the number of cars on the lot. We talked to Todd on our first visit to let him know what we were looking for. He gave us some really good, straightforward advice about choosing a used car and told us the amount he could give us for the Bonneville trade in. We were not ready to buy that day, but we knew we would come back. No one pressured us to do anything we didn't want to do that day. The next time we came in, we knew exactly the car we wanted to look at: a 2006 Chevy Malibu SS. We took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Todd walked us through the process and worked with us on the price. He even gave us a remote to go with it. Even though they were busy that day, we got excellent customer service. Two days after we got the car, I realized I had left my garage door opener in my old car. I went to their shop, and they let me go back to the Bonneville and get my opener. Everyone we talked to was super friendly and helpful. More

If I could give 0 stars I would I purchased a car from there in which payment is due every week, I spoke with Alyson and she gave me the option of setting it up instead every 2 wee I purchased a car from there in which payment is due every week, I spoke with Alyson and she gave me the option of setting it up instead every 2 weeks, which from my understanding that is what we did, now all the sudden a tow truck comes and gets The car, she says that it's been late every payment when she specifically told me we could make payments every 2 weeks. To get the car back they want 6000!!! WHICH IS ABSURD When my payment was only 180 due for the 2 weeks!!! They Won't Even Let Me Get My Stereo Out Of The car... Which When The Car Was Purchased From Them The Stereo In It Did Not work.. No Big Deal I Had one.. So I Used Mine. Also when I got the car.. it ran smooth for about 2 weeks.. before the esc light came on and wouldn't go over 20 miles per hour without the gas all the way down be aware this is the 2009 silver Kia Sorento. Anyways I called them and they said they already did the recall on it.. which clearly they did not or the car wouldn't have had that problem. I took it to shop after shop and they'd all get it off for about a week before it came back on. I am highly upset with how poor this company treats people, I have got a hold of a few others and will be taking this public starting with Facebook to share. More
