Sweet talking scammers I think they saw me coming from a mile away. I had been looking for a car for awhile and this seemed like the perfect place. I ended up buying a 2002 Pt Cruiser it was amazing for the first week. Then I had to get a new battery. Check engine light goes on and off. It is a misfire in one of the cylinders. Now 3 months later when I had it in the shop to have brakes and rotors done my mechanic has found all kinds of problems with it as well. Lower control arms are worn out Struts are wore out Sway bar bushings are out Wheel bearings are out Motor mounts are out So when I call Todd to talk to him he says all of this damage is on me and couldn't possibly have been there when he sold me the car. Oh and watch out if you are even one day late they will take your payment off of whatever card they have on file. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE THEY ARE NOT SAFE CARS FOR YOU OR YOUR FAMILY!!! More

Well after buying, come to find out, the truck has a bad turbo, transmission mount needs replaced and valve cover baskets are leaking. Which I received no help on getting replaced. They offered me an extended warranty to buy after I knew about these issues, (I’m not going to commit warranty fraud). Overall I wouldn’t recommend these guys because I don’t wanna see someone else get screwed. More

And when I went to pick up the car, they couldn't have been kinder. That says a lot to me about their business. "Upgraded" to a small truck... 2 days in it, blown alternator, no blinkers or lights, thermostat and housing...massive coolant leak. So again "upgraded" bank financed a bigger "better" truck. Purchased knowing a cam phaser issue. Which I was assured by THEIR MECHANICS was not a major deal and I quote "don't be afraid to drive it, it will not hurt anything" 4 DAYS IN THIS TRUCK..... BAD MOTOR. TRANSMISSION SLIPPING. TO 2 DIFFERENT MECHANICS. first got told it would be fixed no charge to me. I had witnesses to the conversation. Then get billed $1900.00 3 weeks without a vehicle, get it back and STILL CAN'T DRIVE IT. THE MOTOR IS STILL JACKED UP AND THE OWNER HAS THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I'M GOING TO GET REPOED...... I purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix from Cars Plus Credit about two or three months ago. On 10/26/17 my car was repossessed by these SCAMMERS! I has been making BIWEEKLY payments since I was approved for the car. Todd the owner appeared to very understanding regarding my situation. I'm guessing because I was giving him my MONEY. However at the time of the sale Todd was made aware that I didn't have a DL so it would be pretty hard for me to obtain insurance. I then found a company who gave me insurance " Tom Rich (SCAMMERS)" who is a third party they went through Traders insurance. However Traders called the next day and told me that the insurance is not valid because I didn’t have a DL. I went to another insurance company and obtained insurance I then went on with my life until 10/26/17, My car payment was due I called and spoke with Tony who LIED and said the acct. was red flagged I asked him Why? Tony claims that my SSN was missing a number. HOW when they were reporting to the Credit bureau? so if a number was in fact missing how can you report? I then gave him my SSN he takes my payment of 180.00 about three hrs later I’m shopping with my children at the store and they come and STEAL the car. I called the police because I thought someone took the car. I then called the SCAMMERS because they have a GPS on the car. I spoke with "Tony" who says " Todd called Tom Rich and he gave him a ear full" so because you "TRICKed" TODD into thinking you had DL's we came and took the car. My issue is that the whole entire situation is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 1: Todd knew from the start I didn't have DL's because HE let me drive off the lot without them. 2, IF Tom Rich insurance did give him a "ear full" then I would think they would call me and say " Hey, i'm NOT showing you have ACTIVE INSURANCE did you go through another company because you can't keep the car without INSURANCE and DL's. didn't happen.(WHICH I AM COVERED UNDER UNDER A DIFFENT PLAN) 3, The fact that he took MY 180.00 payment then lied and said it was " RED FLAGGED" because of the SSN is total xx. why take the payment then come get the are hrs. later? Tony you could have said we need proof of insurance or you have to return the car but you didn't. More

FAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE, REASONABLE PRICE, GOOD QUALITY VEHICLES... 1st 3 things were very true when we dealt with them, HOWEVER the last one that said GOOD QUALITY VEHICLE did not turn out that way for us. College aged son bought with his entire savings account a nice looking 2008 Grand Prix back in August for college. We tested it two different days. Only issue was there was no 2nd key. I think that was my warning not to buy the car, BUT I missed it. Anyway, 2nd Automatic start key cost us over $100.00. A few days later the battery went out... 2 more days later the alternator went out... As my mechanic was fixing that they noticed the water pump leaking. Replaced that. Now we are $800.00 in for repairs in less then 2 weeks.. Now the engine light keeps coming on.. Auto-start does not work with engine light on.... Been to a shop 3 times trying to figure out cause. Code read ignition coil. Replaced it. .. light came back on... O2 sensor now out. replaced it. Engine light came back on again.. Now many codes are appearing... Mechanic is thinking OCM computer is going out. Big, big expense. Wow! What a piece of junk.. This much repair in less then 3 months..... Could be just don't buy a Pontiac, but Car Plus Credit was the one who sold it to us. Incredibly frustrating situation.. Would and still might take it back and raise heck, but we live 160 miles away from Independence. Don't know if others have had similar experiences, but that was ours. Regardless, be careful with what you buy here. Perhaps asked to have a mechanic to check things out first. Being far away, we didn't have that option. Would I recommend buying from here? OBVIOUSLY NO! Were consideration coming back and looking for a mini-van this summer.. Not now... More
