We bought a car for our son here a few months ago. It started leaking oil, the dipstick was broke and had to be pulled out with pliers. Obviously had not received an oil change for a long time. Then just today had to take it in to get a tire replaced and find out there is no lug nut key. So the tire shop could not replace the tire. There is mo way the work on these cars before selling them. This place sold my wife a car that does not run properly. They promised to fix it. Never did. The warranty they sold us doesn’t cover the fix. He won’t work with us and wait to check on Monday. He said he was just gonna take the car back. These guys are sweet as pie until they have your money!! USE CAUTION!!! More

This dealership is an absolute MUST avoid at all cost. My son purchased a car from them in cash on July 16, 2022. Of course it’s a used car, and no warranty, which comes with risk, but come on. This poor kid is a college student who is saving his money and working two jobs to pay for housing next year. We had to drive to him, tow the car back to a mechanic and find out that the entire transmission is bad. When my husband called to see if they would be willing to help him at all they basically laughed and said, oh well. Do NOT even bother to go here unless you want to be ripped off. Stay FAR away from this business. We will be contacting the office in Ft Leavenworth to have this business placed on the banned list for service members. More

Drove 1000 miles then learned it should have never passed inspection. Car has multiple issues but ran great when first picked up. They do illegal repairs to pass inspection. Hopefully he will do the right thing and atleast help pay for what have should been in working order when I purchased the vehicle. More

Test drove a car ran perfect. Paid $7,500 for a car and within the 1st 2 weeks it was towed 3 times. The car is currently at a Ford dealership not working. I brought the car on Oct 3 and it is November 25 within the 1st 2 weeks it was towed 3 times. The car is currently at a Ford dealership not working. Never actually gave me the car fax, but told me what it said not knowing that a manufacturer buyback is a Lemon. He used the technical terminology and said that it had been fixed instead of saying it was a Lemon. Please don’t spend money here. More

When I went to the lot I test drove a Chevy equinox, it ran fine. I signed all the paper work went to head home as I live off of 23rd and sterling. Got to Truman road and it over heated. My boyfriend who works on car got to looking to see what was wrong with it and shortly found that the whole radiator was bent into a v shape. We took it back the next morning they had no ideas that this was in this condition and got a Ford Edge instead we had it for 7 days the rod in the engine blew, they said they put a new engine in it but for four months straight could not provided paper work. In those four months I had to replace the alternator, the break booster, the ac system, all breaks, was getting ready to have to put a transmission in it, and more. When all of sudden it started overheating. I had it towed home where we found a hose had busted. We replaced that. The two days later the truck overheated again had it towed home to find out the head gasket and the water pump in the engine was bad and had mixed coolant with my oil engine had to be replaced again. They refused to work with me or put a real new motor in. Moral of the story don’t buy cars from this company. They don’t look at the cars before they sell them and sell you a xxxxxxxxx warranty if anything was to go wrong. All In all a big waste of time and money More
