They do not even deserve ONE star. they are CRIMINAL. They did not have the car I wanted on their lot so they asked for a $1000 deposit advising they would have the car transferred in 1 to 2 days. that They did not have the car I wanted on their lot so they asked for a $1000 deposit advising they would have the car transferred in 1 to 2 days. that after I test drove it, if I did not like it, they would give me my check back. I called back the next day to see if the car was there and was told that the other dealership had not gotten back to them. Liar. I called the other dealership and was told they would not be transferring it as they wanted to sell it and that it was a loaner unit. I called Starling and said I wanted my check and back and was told they deposited it on 12/30 I was told I would have my money back in 7 days. It is now 20 days later and my return has NOT been processed. I am sitting in the dealership waiting for my check. CRIMINAL don't buy from starling Chevrolet of Deland!!! More
